Sarda-Malet is 50-hectare property in the town of Perpignan, with south-facing vineyards overlooking Mount Canigou, at the end of a bucolic valley. The clay-limestone and clay-siliceous soils give the wines a great minerality. Jérôme Malet decided to put an end to the production of this historic Perpignan property. He now dedicates himself to the Fontbonau estate in the Côtes-du-Rhône.
