    INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

    Recipe for Easy Lamb Korma (serves 4 to 6): Ingredients: 750 g (1 kg with the bone) of lamb shoulder or saddle, 1 onion, 1 plain yoghurt, 40 cl of full fat crème fraîche, 100 g of ground almonds. Preparation time: 20 min./Cooking time: 15 min. 1. Dice the meat into 3 x 3 cm pieces, removing the layers of fat and large nerves. 2. Place the diced meat in a large bowl with the yoghurt, half the crème fraîche and half the Easy Sauce. Mix and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. 3. In a hot casserole dish, brown the finely sliced onion with 1 tablespoon of oil for 3 minutes and then add the rest of the Easy Sauce. Stir for 1 minute. 4. Add the meat and the marinade. Leave to simmer over a low flame for 10 minutes, without covering. 5. Add the ground almonds and the rest of the crème fraîche, then simmer for another 5 minutes. Dinner is served! Serve with rice Ultra-gourmet Turkey Korma Brochettes with coconut milk (serves 4 to 6):Ingredients: 850 g turkey cutlets, 200 mL of coconut milk, two handfuls of cashew nuts. Preparation time: 10 min./Cooking time: 12 min. 1 – Slice the cutlets into strips (2 cm wide). Mix with the jar of Easy Sauce and the coconut milk in a large bowl. Leave to marinate while the barbecue or oven grill heats up (15 minutes until the temperature reaches 220°C). 2 – Skewer the strips in a wave shape and secure. 3 – Crush the cashew nuts and dry roast in a hot frying pan for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. 4 – Heat the marinade for a few minutes to make a sauce, cook the brochettes under the grill (on a high setting) for approximately 10 minutes, turning them over halfway through. 6 – Sprinkle the brochettes with the cashew nuts just before serving. Serve with rice and the sauce.
