    INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

    Delicious with foie gras, black or white pudding, cold meats or cheese. It can also be served warm to complement couscous, grilled fillet of duck breast, white meat or game. Quick festive recipe (serves 4): Brown 4 confit duck legs in a frying pan. Remove the fat and put to one side. Pour the jar of chutney into the pan. Cook on a low heat for 5 minutes. Serve with potatoes and garlic sautéed in the duck fat.
