This beautiful 7-ha estate has been in the Bolleau family since 2008. Olivier Bernard, famous owner of the Graves Chevalier Grand Cru Classé estate, manages it on a daily basis. The vineyard is mainly old Merlot vines growing on an outcrop of deep gravel soil, lightly clay. The estate practices a culture of respect for land and nature, with sparing treatment, and advanced management of the land parcels.

Tasting notes

The bouquet is charming and complex, opening on red and black fruit jams like prune, blackberry and blueberry. Notes of leather, graphite and cocoa, with the natural minerality of the land, come together in finesse and freshness.Pure and silky on the palate, elegantly structured, sprinkled with delicate tannins and full of life. A slightly menthol finish.
