As a new season unfolds Le Rive Droite – chef Beatriz Gonzalez’s third Parisian restaurant – unveils its autumn menu. With the help of her team, the chef has developed an elegant menu that celebrates the season’s bounty.
Using herbs, spices and citrus and drawing inspiration from the Mexican flavours of her childhood cuisine, Beatriz Gonzalez reinterprets the classics of French gastronomy. Her creative universe is distinctly modern and, with impeccable technique, she strives for a perfect balance of flavours.
Gonzalez also pays special attention to exquisite presentation – a final feminine touch from the chef.

Coinciding with the launch, Beatriz Gonzalez takes us behind the scenes and shows us how to prepare two of the star recipes on the menu: her semi-salted cod with orange-braised cauliflower and hazelnut foam and her chocolate fondant cake with bursts of citrus and candied orange.
