This blend releases the intensely fruity and tart flavour of raspberry combined with vinegar. It partners well with our walnut, hazelnut and almond oils. Ideal for deglazing veal liver, foie gras escalopes, duck breast and game, as well as for seasoning gourmet salads (with gizzard confit, smoked duck breast and chicken liver).
