The caviar bar "La Manufacture" from Maison Kaviari
At La Grande Epicerie Rive Gauche, from 15 November to 15 January. For two months the caviar house is in-store, reproducing the sophisticated world of "Manufacture", its historic birthplace, as a unique pop-up.
You can explore their entire range, from Baeri French origin farmed caviar to Kristal caviar with its subtle notes of almond.
A few simple recipes, served cold or hot, are also offered; delicate scrambled egg with caviar or delicious pasta with caviar. Everything has been thought of to accompany your caviar and accentuate its flavours.
On this occasion, Kaviari is also revealing its other star products. Heart of dill-marinaded smoked salmon and smoked Beluga will be presented, part of a selection of "seafood platters*"
