      Signée Sylvain Morey, cette cuvée Écho est un monocépage de chardonnay provenant de deux parcelles. Orientée plein sud, « Poudrière » se trouve sur un terroir sec, chaud et précoce qui donne des raisins très mûrs. Tandis que « La Rougetière » offre des raisins juteux et acides grâce à ses sols argileux et ses températures fraîches. Ce vin blanc offre un nez évoquant la Bourgogne, qui livre des arômes de fleurs blanches, d’agrumes et de fruits secs. La bouche fraîche et légère évoque le Sud.
