      Le Domaine Simon Bize a été créé à Savigny-lès-Beaune en 1880. Repris en 1972 par Patrick Bize, il est désormais entre les mains de sa sœur, Marielle Grivot depuis 2013. Le vignoble propose des rouges racés à la qualité régulière et à la matière sublime. D’Appellation d’Origine Protégée Savigny-lès-Beaune, cette cuvée est élevée sur lies fines en fût de chêne. Elle offre une pure expression du pinot noir, avec un fruité intense, dominé par la fraise, la cerise et le noyau de cerise.
