    Store in the refrigerator after opening and consume within two months. When unopened, store in a cool place away from moisture.

    Composition

    Olive oil 34 %, rapeseed oil 27 %, shallots 18 %, cider vinegar 11 % (contains SULPHITES), SOY sauce (water, SOY, WHEAT, salt and alcohol), garlic puree, salt, a mixture of 1.3 % Japanese spices (red chili, mandarin peel, black SESAME seeds, white SESAME seeds, Japanese pepper, ginger and kelp), black SESAME seed 0.3 %, and ground white pepper.
Pairs wonderfully with raw or cooked meat and fish, such as with tartares, carpaccios, scallops, etc.
