Le Rive Droite
On the second floor, under the majestic dome, Le Rive Droite restaurant overlooks the store. Its young chef, Beatriz Gonzalez, revisits French classics, which she combines with the flavours of Mexican cuisine. The à la carte menu consists of carefully presented, sophisticated, modern dishes, such as her signature dish: crisp-tender veal sweetbreads and roasted beetroot with pearlescent jus.

A prime location for Spanish gastronomy, Bellota-Bellota selects the very best Iberian hams, cured for 3 to 5 years.
