This year, the chefs of La Grande Épicerie de Paris reveal their original creation: the caramel popcorn galette ! With a unique texture, blending popcorn pieces and creamy salted butter caramel, this old-fashioned recipe will delight old and young alike.
You'll also find the unbeatable frangipane biscuit, queen of epiphany, just as crunchy as ever with its inverted puff pastry and moist almond filling.
To offer a variety of pleasures, our pastry chefs propose a third galette with fruit flavours. Made with a generous raspberry centre, instead of almond.
Finally, La Grande Épicerie de Paris has given a re-touch to its ever-popular crown. Made of 6 individual galettes, it brings together the three flavours of the season (caramel popcorn, frangipane and raspberry); a perfect food-lovers' dessert!
