At this New Year, La Grande Epicerie de Paris offers you the chance to rediscover mountain gastronomy. Between tartiflettes and crozet gratins, enjoy long winter evenings revisiting the classics, reinterpreted by our chefs.
As essential as it is tasty, our chefs' tartiflette includes chopped onions, bacon pieces and Reblochon gratin. You'll also find our Crozet gratin with Beaufort on the shelves. Simple and authentic recipes, to share with family or friends.

In the heart of winter, our pastry chefs offer you a wide choice of old-fashioned confections. Among our selection, find our chocolate tart, garnished with a Madagascan chocolate cream and a ganache covered with milk chocolate.
Ever majestic, our elegant charlotte is presented this season in Mont-Blanc version, with vanilla mousse, whole chestnuts and crisp meringues.

A great classic from the Vosges valleys, Wild blueberry tart also graces our shelves. Did you know…? The pastry is made by our chefs from a reversed flaky pastry to retain its unique crustiness in the mouth.
