From 5 May to 30 June, La Grande Épicerie de Paris introduces you to unmissable products from Italian cuisine with its many in-store tastings. Make the most of these special moments with the brands and producers we have selected for you to discover their unique products!

1 - MO BUFFALA cheeses
They are made in Andria in the heart of Puglia, the birthplace of burrata. Each day, their burrata mozzarella, stracciatella or ricotta are prepared using the milk from buffalo milk, reared on-site.
* Discover Mo Buffala oils, available for tasting on 2 June at La Grande Épicerie Rive Droite and 1 June at La Grande Épicerie Rive Gauche.
2 - Monovarietal olive oils by FRISINO:
This company produces its extra-virgin olive oil in its own farm located in Taranto province. Its producer will introduce you to oils made from two varieties of olive: the Peranzana, a light and fruity oil, and Coratina, with an intense fruitiness.

3 - SANTORO cold meats:
Discover Puglia cold meats from Santoro. Farmers and breeders pay particular attention to their livestock, raised and fed in the open air. The meats are also marinated in “vino cotto“, a cooked non-alcoholic wine which gives a delicate flavour.
