Moutarde d’Orléans - Épices des Indes Martin Pouret

A mustard for gastronomes created by Pouret, established in 1797 by Martin Pouret, master vinegar-maker. A mustard produced with the historic expertise of Pouret, made traditionally with stone-ground Seneve mustard seeds, Guerande salt and Orleans vinegar. This version is revisited with a blend of Indian spices, so that we can indulge in new flavours.
