    Use as a condiment to accompany grilled meat and fish, and to season pasta, rice and steamed vegetables. Toast with warm goat’s cheese and honey curry sauce (serves 5-6 as a starter or 4 as a main dish) Ingredients: Slices of farmhouse bread, 1 log of goat’s cheese, LCN Honey Curry Sauce Preparation time: 5 min./Cooking time: 8 to 10 min. Preheat your grill to 200 °C. Cut the goat’s cheese into slices that are approximately 0.5 cm thick. Arrange the goat’s cheese on the slices of bread. Squeeze a little honey curry sauce on top. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes. Watch to make sure they don’t burn - the sauce should caramelise on the goat’s cheese. Enjoy hot or warm. Serve with a green salad. Add a few drops of LCN Honey Curry Sauce just before serving for a more pronounced taste.
