    INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

    Use as a condiment as an accompaniment for grilled meat and fish, and to season pasta, rice and steamed vegetables. Delicious on steak tartare or in a homemade hamburger. Marinated pork ribs: Baste the pork ribs generously with the BBQ sauce. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Cook in a hot oven (210 °C) for 35 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking. Barbecue ribs: mix half the BBQ sauce, 1 tablespoon of strong mustard, 1 tablespoon of oil and 3 tablespoons of honey and baste the pork ribs (1.5 kg). Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes before grilling on the barbecue or in the oven (45 minutes at 180 °C, basting with marinade from time to time).
