    Tasting notes

A bright colour: Dark pink, topaz. Coral hues, a beautiful glow. Fine, persistent bubbles. A well-rounded and gourmet bouquet: The nose is rich. The first notes evoke the harvest of red fruits heated by the summer sun, wild berries, woodland strawberries, raspberry and currants, all enhanced by floral and vegetal notes such as rhubarb, violets and poppy sweets. A hint of vanilla and pink pepper bring out its well-rounded maturity. An airy, welcoming palate. The palate evokes initial aromas of a sweet shop display: marshmallow, berlingots, candy floss and toffee apple. Then, notes of nutmeg, dried fig and black cherry emerge. The Pinot Noir expresses itself elegantly, with a caressing texture and a warm, spicy finish.
