Recipe for Easy Lamb Tikka Masala (serves 4 to 6): Ingredients: 600 g of boned lamb (shoulder, saddle, etc.), 1 onion, 200 g tomato passata (100 % fresh tomato), 20 cl of crème fraîche. Preparation time: 10 min./Cooking time: 25 min. 1 – Dice the meat into 3 x 3 cm pieces on a chopping board, removing the layers of fat and large nerves. Cook over a high flame for 8 minutes. 4 – Pour in the tomato passata and allow to simmer over a low flame without covering for 10 minutes. Dinner is served! Sprinkle with chopped fresh coriander and ground cashew nuts to serve. Preparation time: 25 min./Cooking time: 15 min. 1 – Slice the cutlets into 2 cm wide strips. Mix them with the jar of Easy Tikka Masala Sauce and the peanut butter in a bowl. Leave to marinate while the barbecue or oven grill heats up (15 minutes until the temperature reaches 220°C). 2 – Skewer the strips in a wave shape and secure. 3 – Cook on the hot BBQ or under the grill (on a high setting) for approximately 15 minutes, turning halfway through. Serve with grilled vegetables or a green salad. You can sprinkle with chopped fresh coriander or chopped chives and ground peanuts. Tips for Chicken Tikka Masala: – Serve with basmati rice, LE COQ NOIR mango chutney, LE COQ NOIR cooked aubergines or a dhal. – For an even more exotic dish, replace the crème fraiche with coconut milk.
