      En 2005, après avoir parcouru le monde et ses domaines, de la Nouvelle-Zélande au Chili, Nicolas Grobois retourne au domaine familial pour mettre en pratique son savoir-faire. Aux côtés de son frère Nicolas, il est aujourd'hui à la tête de 25 hectares situés dans l'appellation Chinon. Il y élabore de très beaux vins naturels, à partir de vignes conduites en agriculture biologique et en biodynamie, sans intrants, peu de soufre et avec des levures indigènes. Ce cabernet franc exprime tout son fruité et la beauté de son terroir dans cette cuvée.
