      Situé à Chablis, le Domaine du Chardonnay exploite plus d’une trentaine d’hectares de vignes. Il est le fruit d’une amitié entre Étienne Boileau, Christian Simon et William Nahan qui regroupent leurs exploitations en 1987. Aujourd’hui à la tête du domaine, Arnaud Nahan et Thomas Labille mènent une vinification respectueuse de chaque terroir. Ils proposent ce chablis premier cru Vaillons du Domaine du Chardonnay qui se distingue par son élégance. Cette cuvée à la robe limpide jaune clair livre des notes minérales, florales et citronnées.
