    Tasting notes

The nose, rich and complex, evolves with the temperature. Upon serving, it is dominated by notes of stone fruit cooked or soaked in alcohol. A few minutes later, this is followed by smokier, empyreumatic notes that evoke blonde tobacco and burnished leather. Finally, between 11 and 12°C, spicy accents emerge, with dominant notes of clove and marinated ginger. TASTING NOTES: This champagne surprises with its pleasant freshness. A well-constructed palate with balance between its fruit, tobacco and spice notes. The power, equilibrium and distinction of this champagne are typical of a 1990 vintage.
