    TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

    Ready to use hot, cold or in marinades. Meat or vegetable colombo (serves 4): brown 600 g of diced meat (lamb, pork, chicken or beef) or 600 g of vegetables (aubergine, courgette, carrot) in a casserole dish. Once cooked, add the colombo sauce. Mix and leave to simmer with the lid on for 5 minutes. Serve. Accompany with rice and vegetable acar. Fish colombo (serves 3/4): poach the fish in water. Drain and add the jar of LE COQ NOIR Colombo Sauce. Mix and leave to simmer with the lid on for 5 minutes.
