Rochelt is entirely dedicated to the art of distillation. The family distillery cultivates this centuries-old Tyrolean tradition with passion and conviction: as only the best fruits can create an exceptional eau-de-vie, the distillery harvests them with the greatest care at the peak of their maturity. Fermentation is entirely natural, with no additives. The delicate double-distillation and ageing for several years concentrates to its quintessence the flavour of the fruit.
