La Maison
L’histoire de la Maison commence il y a 32 ans. Dans un pays où le chocolat est à la fois une passion et une institution, elle se positionne immédiatement dans l’univers des produits de qualité, appréciés des gourmands et des gourmets.
Pour offrir des chocolats aux saveurs exceptionnelles, Dolfin perpétue la tradition en choisissant les meilleures fèves de cacao. Question goût, ses produits sont moins sucrés, moins gras et plus riches en cacao que la moyenne. Du chocolat au lait 37% de cacao au chocolat noir 60%, 70% ou 88% de cacao, chaque recette a été minutieusement mise au point. On peut choisir de le déguster pur, mais on peut également préférer varier les plaisirs.
Depuis plus de vingt ans, les maîtres chocolatiers de la Maison sont devenus des experts en matière de métissage des saveurs. Pour qu’un petit « crac » provoque un grand « choc », ils osent les mélanges, des plus simples aux plus surprenants. La palette de recettes est impressionnante. Elles ont toutes été élaborées avec le plus grand souci d’harmonie et d’équilibre entre les différents ingrédients, judicieusement dosés. Ceux-ci sont également choisis avec soin, en privilégiant, autant que faire se peut, le circuit court et bio, pour des produits les plus naturels possibles.
Idéal pour les amateurs de chocolat, ces copeaux permettent de réaliser facilement et simplement de savoureux chocolats chauds pour se réchauffer en hiver. Ils peuvent également servir de base pour des desserts gourmets.
