How do I obtain the invoice for my order?

When your order is sent, your invoice is automatically saved in your customer account. You can view, save and print it any time you wish.

How do I obtain an invoice with my company’s name on it?

When creating your account, please fill in the name of your company in the last and first name fields. Your invoice will be generated automatically using the information you have entered. If you would like your company’s name to appear on the invoice of an order you have already paid for, please contact our customer service agent by telephone at (+33)1 44 39 82 36 or by email.

Can you remove the invoice from my parcel?

La Grande Épicerie de Paris does not create invoices. The invoices for your online orders are only available in your customer account. You can view, save and print them any time you wish.

If I am not there, where will my parcel be left?

If you are not there, your parcel will be delivered to the post office or delivery point closest to the delivery address. You will be notified of this change with a delivery notice left in your mailbox or sent by SMS. You will have 7 business days from the day of delivery of your parcel to collect it. When collecting it, please make sure to bring your tracking number and a form of identification.

Can I use my gift card on the La Grande Épicerie de Paris website?

Our gift cards are only valid in-store, for a period of two years. They can be used in one or several transactions, until the entire balance of the card is used.

How do I link my customer account to my Carte 24 Sèvres?

When creating your online account, make sure to enter the same email address as that given at the time your card was created. Your card will then be automatically linked to your online account.
