La Grande Epicerie Rive Gauche and Vialars farm partnership
During the agricultural show, La Grande Épicerie de Paris celebrated its key partnership with Mr C. Valette, farmer from the Vialars farm. Located in Laguiole, this holding makes sure the well-being of its Aubrac cows is its main priority. As a member of the bleu-blanc-cœur organisation, it meets precise specifications in order to provide you with high-quality meats.
Vialars farm cares about the healthy growth of each animal and prioritises providing the animals with a healthy diet, created by nutritionists which eliminates the use of any hormones or antibiotics. The living conditions of the animals are also greatly improved by giving them large enclosures equipped with misters, which are regularly mulched to guarantee the quality of the air.
Come and discover the exceptional meat from Vialars farm for yourself on 6 and 7 April, or during the first weekends of May, June, September, October and November 2019 at the butcher’s stand at La Grande Epicerie Rive Gauche.
