The house of Dubernet counter:
the noble, frank flavours of cuisine from the South West of France
To start this year, Maison Dubernet has set up at La Grande Épicerie Rive Gauche. Right now in the store, try the most emblematic specialities of the South West of France, like its famous foie gras , made with farmed ducks from Landes and geese from Perigord, and then fabricated traditionally by hand.
Among the Dubernet essentials are also its pork meat platters, its country terrine and its delicious cooked dishes. Bacon joint, beef bourguignon or chicken with morels... all traditional Gascony-inspired recipes for you to come and enjoy throughout the day. From morning to evening, this tailor-made service adapts from a sweet-savoury breakfast, to an "apéro-canaille" ["cheeky apero"] to share.
Find the Dubernet stand on the ground floor of La Grande Épicerie Rive Gauche, Monday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
"Apéro-canaille"*: an aperitif proposed from 5 p.m. including a pork meats platter, with 2 glasses of Bordeaux Supérieur AOC wine or 2 soft drinks.
