- At the Gastronomy Stand: Make a first stop at our gastronomy stand: our chefs offer two summer recipes including their crayfish salad and their diced cucumber, watermelon and crunchy radishes. Our prawns are also included in a salad along with venere black rice, chickpeas and confit peppers.

- At the Bakery stand:
Discover the bread of the month of our chefs, combining sesame seeds and rosemary. As a finishing touch, our chefs brush on some craquelin topping for unique crunchiness. For some sweetness, treat yourself to a break to bring back memories, with the fruity brioche from our bakers. Its melt-in-the-mouth centre and fluffy pieces of apricot are enhanced by delicious rosemary notes.

- At the Pâtisserie stand: Round off your summer meal beautifully with our peach tart, available individually or to share. It consists of an almond shortbread base upon which our chefs place a delicious peach jelly. It is topped with roasted peaches and a sprinkling of brown sugar.
