Created in 1850 by the Dutruch family, this estate was bought in 1967 by François Cordonnier, the former manager of the Château de Chenonceau. His nephew Jean-Baptiste then continued his work. Finally, since 2016, his brother François Cordonnier has taken over the reins of the Château Dutruch Grand Poujeaux. This property covers 32 hectares, located mostly on a Garonne gravel knoll in the heart of the Moulis-en-Médoc appellation, northwest of the city of Bordeaux.
